Ways of Collecting Dividends:
- personally at the payment office
To receive the ticket for dividends, the documents as follows should be presented to the securities department of Motor Sich JSC: passport, personal identification number, shares certificate (or an extract from securities account to confirm the share property right). In case of collecting dividends upon the letter of attorney, certificate of the inheritance right, court decision, etc., these papers are required additionally;
- via bank transfer
To collect dividends via bank transfer, an application should be filed according to the form attached: application form
- via mail order
To collect dividends dividends via mail order, an application should be filed according to the form attached:
- application form for collecting dividends by shareholders younger than 16 years old.
- application form for collecting dividends by shareholders of 16 years old and elder.
The application could be filed personally to the Motor Sich JSC securities department to the address: 21, Omelchenko str., Zaporozhye; or mailed to the Motor Sich JSC address: 15, Motorostroiteley Ave., Zaporozhye.
