The engines are used for trainers, the AI-25 engine versions are successfully operated in more than 40 countries of the world.
The engines are equipped with a special lubrication system ensuring standard operation at zero-g and negative-g load factors occurring when performing aerobatics. The engine features higher compressor pressure ratio and turbine inlet temperature making it possible to increase its maximum thrust up to 1,720 kgf. |
