D-136-2
The turboshaft gas-turbine engine is used for heavy-class helicopters. It features significantly improved flight performance in hot climates and high mountains. The engine provides the maximum takeoff power of 11,650 hp and the emergency power of 12,500 hp (OEI).
The D-136-2 engine is being designed on the basis of the D-136, Series 1, and D-436Т1 engines and features a high degree of unification with them, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the terms, price of its design and certification.
